Recruit for Bright Life

Bright Life is a health data and research organization studying predictive and whole-body wellness, with a mission of advancing preventive, long-term health outcomes.

Bright Life gathers behavioral and preventive insights through surveys and questionnaires completed by its employees, called Wellness Associates. A Wellness Associate is a true W-2 employee who pays taxes on what they earn and voluntarily participates in health data collection.

The benefit program is an ERISA-governed, self-funded employee health benefit plan. Depending on the plan selected, Wellness Associates may be eligible for medical, dental, vision, and/or life benefits, with telemedicine available on eligible plans at no extra cost. The official plan documents govern eligibility and benefits.

Bright Life recruiters are contracted through Network Pros to recruit Wellness Associates. You are recruiting employees into Bright Life, and you are compensated through recruiting fees.

To become authorized to recruit for Bright Life, complete these four steps.

   Complete your agency contracting

   Sign your agreements

   Review and sign the required agreements and acknowledgments.

   Get certified

   Shortly after you finish contracting, you'll get an email with login details for the Bright Life Recruiter Certification. Certification covers program education, recruiting guidelines, enrollment procedures, compliance requirements, and recruiter resources.Look for an email from noreply@mg.networkpros-recruitmenthub.com. Check your junk folder, since it often lands there at first.

   Get approved and start recruiting

   Once everything is approved, you'll receive an email to log in to the MVP back office, with access to the Bright Life recruiting platform and resources. From there you can recruit your downline.
